Saturday June 18^th was another resounding success for our Friends of the Hollies Volunteers.

Some people who helped in May came back for a second helping and there were plenty of new faces. The numbers and time spent equated to a fulltime gardener working for a week so we really were able to make a difference cleaning up a ditch, getting a stream flowing again and tidying a large area of shrubs, clearing the dead wood.

Our next date is July 9^th at 10.00 o’clock meeting in the car park as usual.

We then take a summer break and return on September 10^th
