Thanks to everyone who came to the November working session – we had a good turnout and managed to get an amazing amount done.  A special mention to the scouts and their leaders from Meanwood who did a great job clearing out ditches.

We will meet up again on Saturday 11th December at 10am in the main car park. We’ll be doing a variety of  general clearing work and hopefully the weather will remain dry. 

For any new volunteers – tools are provided and all work is supervised by the head gardener Frank. We generally work for two hours and if you want to bring any tools you have you are welcome to do so. Also remember to bring gardening gloves and wear sturdy footwear. Helping out for even half an hour can make a huge difference. Refreshments will be provided when we finish.

We’re hoping for a good turn out and look forward to seeing you all again. Please remain aware of COVID advice and do not attend if you or any close contacts have symptoms.
